Todor Penev is a Senior Vice President and the Health Actuarial & Analytics Intelligence Practice Leader at Aon responsible for R&D, Innovation and Informatics. Todor and his team develop and deliver advanced modeling and analytics capabilities across Aon Health Solutions including financial and actuarial modeling, employer reporting solutions, data science modeling, pharmacy and network measurement and vendor evaluation solutions. Todor joined the firm in 2005 and has served as an actuarial and strategy consultant for many key employer engagements.

Todor is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He has worked in London, Singapore and Atlanta where he is currently based.
